DAY 01: CUSCO – SANTA MARÍA (DOWNHILL BY BICYCLE)

Once at the Hydroelectric plant, we will continue parallel to the train tracks and the Vilcanota River until we reach the town of Aguas Calientes. You have the option of taking the train.

Also, we will settle in our lodging, and we will taste a delicious lunch. Later, we will start the trek to the Putucusi mountain ('Happy Mountain' is one of the mountains that surrounds Machu Picchu.
