PROGRAM OF THE AYAHUASCA CEREMONY IN HUARAN.
Day 01: Cusco - Kallachaca - Huaran
To begin, we pick you up from your hotel in our mobility at 08:00 hours, to go to a mystery archaeological center of construction of a circular pyramid called Kallachaca, where we will have a guided tour of the energetic parts and where the Inca rulers did their meditation. After finishing we go to the sacred valley of the Incas, to a place called "Huaran" is a healing house or temple of healing, a suitable point to carry out the Ayahuasca ceremonies. We will arrive at 5:30 p.m. at the site called Huaran.
Before starting the ceremony we will have an interview and instructions on the ritual by the spiritist guide Albert. At approximately 6:30 p.m. we begin with the intake of the Ayahuasca preparation with the authorization of the spiritist guide, the effect of the plant will last approximately 5 to 6 hours. Day 02: Huaran – Cusco

WHAT DIETS TO DO FOR THE AYAHUASCA CEREMONY?
The diet is very important to be in an ayahuasca ceremony, 02 or 03 days before the ceremony the following is needed:
- First, do not consume alcohol, meats, drugs of any kind and medications
- Food (completely vegetarian food).
- Women in menstrual period, pregnant and lactating REFRAIN.
- Also, people with heart problems, gastritis or pressure REFRAIN.
- The day of the ceremony the diet is stricter, you will only have papaya juice for breakfast, you can drink until 10:00 a.m., then the diet will be hours for the whole day, water, at least 2 liters,
- this day there will be no lunch no dinner just water until the time of the ceremony.
