OVERVIEW
PERU BIRDING – LUCRE - HUACARPAY WETLAND
CUSCO - HUARCARPAY LAGOON - LUCRE VALLEY - CUSCO
Between 5 and 5:30 am we pick you up from your hotel. Then, we go in our transport to the Laguna de Huacarpay, an ideal place for bird watching. It is very important to arrive early because waterfowl and high Andean birds leave their nests at this time to feed in the middle of the lagoon.
Upon arrival, we walk to the first hidden viewpoint, there we can observe birds and take photos without disturbing them. Likewise, we will be able to observe aquatic and high Andean birds. For example, common sapling (Rollandia Rolland), torrent ducks (Merganetta armata), Chilean flamingos (Phoenicopterus chilenis), puna ibis (Plegadis Ridgwayi), American moorhen (Gallinula galeata), Andean gulls (Chroicocephalus serranus), etc.
Then, we eat our box breakfast on the shores of the lagoon. Next, we move to the southwest side of the lagoon to look for a unique hummingbird: the Bearded Mountaineer (Oreonympha nobilis). This hummingbird can only be found in Peru and the high altitude subtropical scrub around the lagoon suits it. In addition to that, we can observe the giant hummingbird (Patagona gigas), the largest of the hummingbirds. Another typical bird of the area is the multicolored reed tyrant (Tachuris rubrigastra), a small perching South American bird that belongs to the tyrant flycatcher family.
Later, we get back on the transport to travel for 20 minutes to the Lucre Valley. It is a special place to observe the American Eagle Owl (Bubo virginianus). After all these incredible experiences, we return to the city of Cusco, arriving there around 12:00 p.m. m. At the end of the tour we take you back to the city of Cusco.

OVERVIEW
INCA JUNGLE 4D TOUR PROGRAM TO MACHU PICCHU
DAY 01: CUSCO – SANTA MARÍA (DOWNHILL BY BICYCLE)
First, at 6 to 7 a.m. We will go to your hotel for you in our tourist transport. Then, we will go to the Malaga pass, located at 4,316 m.a.s.l. (It is an ecosystem that is made up of the last queuña forests, extremely fragile on the site, thus also being the most threatened flora and fauna space in South America. These are characterized by a fairly resistant trunk that thickens annually 1 mm and whose bark when falling serves as fertilizer to the same tree).
Then, we will descend by bicycle through the pass of Abra Málaga until we reach the Archaeological Center of Huamanmarca (The name that this set presents, originates from the union of two Quechua words that translated into Spanish are understood as "Lands of the Falcon". This Complex Archaeological site is located in the district of Huayopata, located in the province of La Convención and was discovered in 1961, by María Rostorowski.). Later, we will pass through the Archaeological Center of Inka Tambo (It is located at the top of the hill of the same name, north of the community of Yupanca, it is made up of an enclosure that corresponds to a wayrana, made up of two behaviors divided by a wall central with spans and niches symmetrically distributed)
Consequently, our guide will explain to us about the Archaeological Center and the town of Huamanmarca. Afterwards, we will enjoy a delicious lunch in the town of Huamanmarca. In the same way, we will travel in our tourist transport to Santa María. Also, we will settle in the lodging, and we will make a bonfire to fraternize.
Finally, we will have dinner and spend the night.
DAY 02: SANTA MARIA – SANTA TERESA
We'll have an early breakfast, then take a short break. We will start the walk and on the way our guide will give us the interpretation of the places we will pass through. Later, on the way, we can see large fields of crops. In addition, we will pass through a section of the Inca Trail (The network of Inca roads or Qhapaq Ñan is considered one of the best works of engineering that exist; it helped turn a small family caste into the largest empire in the Western Hemisphere. The Camino del Inca to Machu Picchu combines history with its new purpose, to be one of the best treks in the world.) and we will cross an Inca bridge.
Later, we will continue the walk until we reach the village of Quellomayo, where we will taste our delicious lunch. After a short rest, we will resume the walk to the town of Santa Teresa, where our lodging is. Consequently, we will leave some things and walk for 20 to 30 minutes until we reach the thermal baths of Cocalmayo (they have three pools in which a maximum temperature of 44ºC is recorded. The emanations of these pools are especially recommended for visitors who have skin problems, or bone pain.). After a well-deserved rest, we will return to our lodging in Santa Teresa. Therefore, we will have dinner and spend the night.

It is considered one of the best works of engineering made by the hand of man. We will pass various Andean landscapes, cloudy and tropical forests, experiencing different climates, we will have spectacular views of snow-capped mountains that were considered sacred for the Inca religion (Apus or deities), such as: Verónica (Waqaywillque) 5,682 m.a.s.l. which is part of the Andes mountain range.
